Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are only accepted on the same day the product is delivered.
  • Return or refund requests will only be approved if the product is found to be leaking, broken, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • To request a return or refund, customers must provide a complete unboxing video of the package.
  • The unboxing video must be clear and continuous without any cuts, pauses, edits, or transitions.
  • The video should clearly show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The shipping label
    • The complete unboxing process
    • The condition of the product received
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method or provided bank account.
