- Returns are only accepted on the same day the product is delivered.
- Return or refund requests will only be approved if the product is found to be leaking, broken, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- To request a return or refund, customers must provide a complete unboxing video of the package.
- The unboxing video must be clear and continuous without any cuts, pauses, edits, or transitions.
- The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label
- The complete unboxing process
- The condition of the product received
- Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method or provided bank account.
