- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier availability.
- Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and phone number while placing the order.
- If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, we will not be responsible for failed delivery.
- Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier company will be considered successfully delivered.
- In case the package is received in damaged condition, customers must record a proper unboxing video without cuts or edits and contact us immediately on the same day of delivery.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspicious activity, or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
